The Total Body Boot Camp

If you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your strength and stamina, then The Total Body Boot Camp is for you.

Toning

The Total Body Boot Camp is designed for all levels of fitness, for men and women of all ages. We train in small groups and there will be no more than 14 people in any boot camp, this is to insure individual attention. The exercise sessions are varied and outdoors regardless of the weather come rain or shine.

You will enjoy great camaraderie and motivation when training as a group. The sessions last for 60 mins and will be intense, incorporating a variety of different types of training including: mobility work, kettlebells, body weight exercises, agility drills, stretching, medicine balls, tyres, ropes etc...

Location: Grays Essex off the A13 and Pilgrims Lane across the street from Sainsbury's.
